I watched Ai Wei Wei: Never Sorry on PBS this Monday and am convinced that Conroy could play the famous artist/dissident in the movie adaptation. Is this racist? Is this relevant to the podcast? God Bless America.
Here is the sound effect for every time Jamie says “The Improv”:
Good ol’ Castle Thunder!
I am going back to listening to the rest of the episode now.
I am going to dork-out about Bobcat because I recently saw “World’s Greatest Dad” and it was an excellent movie. Why?
1) It was filmed in my neighborhood of Seattle.
2) Allusions to Kurt Cobain and the cult/martyrdom built around his legacy was so touching, frustrating and real.
3) Daryl Sabara was brilliant as Kyle because, wow, what a shithead.
4) Robin Williams, I have the love.
Now that I got that dork-out over with. I’m glad to hear Eddie again and all of you are always excellent.
RSS feed is broken.
Eddie was channeling Walter Sobchek. “I don’t fucking roll on Shabbos!”
Oh Great! Eddie’s here too!) YES!
The triumphant return of Eddie and a Totie Fields reference? How can you top that? I have 15 minutes to the end of the podcast, any Shakes the Clown references?
Just listened to the episode… trying to catch up. Love to hear you guys again. I had one thing to say… I am sorry but I had to listen twice to make sure I heard right… Bobcat’s wife should be locked up, she sounds like a spoiled psychopath… only a crazy person drops a baby to prove her point of disliking of children… There are other ways of getting your point across (rather than hurting a baby). It is sad to hear how rotten society has gotten.
Rock on!
