		<description><![CDATA[Amber, maybe a constructive criticism: you say &quot;right&quot; many times, even when Jake is in the middle of a word. Or you would ask a question then after Jake said one word, you&#039;d interrupt with another question. I&#039;m sure most of it was nerves and getting accustomed to hosting, but I think laying back a little more when the guest is speaking would be beneficial. The guest and listener will still know you are attentive and contributing as host even without constant feedback of the &quot;right&quot;s. Just takes practice to get the beat of things. But you did well.

 Interesting to hear a different dynamic. Looking foward to the return of Sean&#039;s incising wit.]]></description>
