Oh my goodness. The music at the end of this episode gave me the sense that Jamie was being lead off air to his execution. I hope he’s okay.

Great season ending everyone. TNT boasts [They] Know Drama, but they have things to learn from this episode.
Sean–as a fellow trauma-induced back-pain sufferer over the last week and a half (in my case after falling on some stairs), you have my sympathies and hopes for a quick recovery. Hope you folks feel like recongregating for another season, and can swing it…even when it Was Getting Real (in MTV-ese) on this episode, it was one of the funniest all season, except perhaps when real hurt feelings and genuine pain was surfacing all ’round (evan given the fascinating nature of the bizarre attack on Amber and her beau). (Clearly, Sean felt a bit bullied, given all that has been going on in his recent life…and, of course, Amber was simply cruel in not upbrading her man in front of the Shoving Heckler, who clearly needs some affirmation of her creative expression to keep an even keel…perhaps in the wake of being denied Key lime pie before the show, across the street.)
(Pain isn’t funny, humor is a way of dealing with pain…and other pontification no one needs to read here in the comments…)

I really like all of you! Maybe Jamie could be a little more concise sometimes, and maybe Sean could be a little nicer sometimes… but I enjoy the Long Shot just the way it is. It was uncomfortable to listen to you talk about your hurt feelings on the podcast, but I do think it’s better to get stuff out in the open… not bottle it up and avoid any potential conflict, like I do (not a good long-term plan). I hope you work things out during the hiatus, and come back for season four stronger than ever! high-five for friendship!
Eddie, my dad watches netflix streaming with his laptop on his belly, in bed, wearing earphones – just like you! He told me he pretends he’s at the movie theater, and the keys are the seats in front of him.

Is it just me or has Amber become a little more sassy over the past 5-7 eps? I don’t know if I like. Wait, yes, I like.

I hope Jamie could explain what he meant to Sean, what I understood was that Jamie felt the podcast as a force that forced him to deal better with confrontation and thinking on his feet. Hopefully nobody was really hurt (highly unlikely).

Nice 1st season pull regarding Jamie’s 7-11 mats during his gang-banging days. Also, amazing guest this episode! I agree that Joe should return to the podcast soon.
Next season I’d like more passive-aggression from Sean, more cute guffaws from Amber, more awkward pauses from Jamie, and more spot-on accents from the great Eddie Pepitone.

As much as I’ve been missing the show the last couple weeks, you guys needed a break from each other. Tension had been building for the last 5 or 6 episodes. Hopefully you come back tighter, sooner than later.
